- Front gate: please keep it closed where possible. If you leave it open while coming and going, use the hook and latch provided to prevent wind damage.
- Garden parasol: please lower and secure it whenever it is unattended, so it is not blown into a neighbouring garden.
- Ball games: the park over the road is the better spot, which helps protect the plants and saves balls being lost next door.
- Bicycles: please use your own lock and leave bikes on the paved area rather than the lawn or the flower beds.
The house is close to the Bristol & Bath Railway Path and the canal towpath, which makes it a convenient base for exploring the area by bicycle.
