How booking works

Every booking is made through Airbnb. Your payment, cancellation rights, refunds and cover are governed by Airbnb's terms of service and the cancellation policy shown on the listing at the time you book.

We do not take payments directly, and nobody should ever ask you to pay for this house outside Airbnb. If anyone does, it is not us. Please report it to Airbnb.

The house rules

The maximum occupancy is four guests at any time, out of consideration for the neighbours. All overnight guests must be included in your booking.

The Bath Stay is a home rather than a party venue. No parties or events, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

The house is smoke- and vape-free throughout, including e-cigarettes. Candles, incense and other open flames are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted.

The wood burner is decorative and is not available for guest use.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is 3:00pm – 9:00pm, by self check-in. Check-out is by 11:00am. If you would like a later check-out, message us in advance and we will confirm if it is possible.

Damage and problems

Please treat the house as you would your own home. Accidents happen. If something breaks, tell us straight away and we will sort it out fairly. Claims are handled through Airbnb's resolution process.

If anything is not right when you arrive, message us through Airbnb straight away so we have the chance to put it right during your stay.
