- Call 999 for emergency services. For urgent medical advice when it is not an emergency, call NHS 111.
- Medical care
- A&E: Royal United Hospital, Combe Park, Bath BA1 3NG. Paulton Minor Injuries Unit is a good option for minor injuries if you have a car.
- Fire safety & first aid
- Both the fire blanket and extinguisher are in the kitchen wall cupboard to the right of the oven. The first-aid kit is in the kitchen corner cupboard, to the right of the glass cabinets.
- Alarms
- Smoke alarms: downstairs hallway, front room, kitchen and dining room; upstairs landing; loft. Carbon-monoxide alarms: kitchen and front room. In an emergency, use the nearest safe exit and meet on the green opposite the house.
- Home systems
- Fuse board: dining room, to the left of the sofa. Water stopcock: bottom right-hand corner of the larder cupboard in the kitchen.
- Security cameras
- Ring security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the house, for the security of the property and guests.
- Wood burner
- The wood burner is decorative and is not available for guest use.
